Colleen Bites the Dust – Y&R Preview Clip, September 17th Episode
Okay, so I’m not sure if Colleen is really going to die, but things aren’t looking good for the young Abbott heiress. This week (Sept 7th), she’s held hostage by crazy Mary Jane/Patty Williams. And it looks like the following week (Sept 14th), she says her last goodbyes. Rumor has it, Tammin Sursok, who has held the role of Colleen Carlton since she took over for Adrienne Leon in 2007, is out, and tiic aren’t recasting the role. So either CC is off to meet her father in the big boardroom in the sky, or it’s coma-ville for her. Check out this preview clip of Colleen’s possible demise. Are you glad to see Colleen gone?

They don’t know when to quit, just overkill. The implications for Traci, Lily, Billy, Jack…its all just too much.
This confirms in my mind that Y&R is not getting renewed after the next two years, they have killed off nearly every chance for future greatness they have.
This is not a writing regime that sees a life for this soap beyond 2011. They are going for broke, killing off every major family, character, and chance for the future.

I am PISSED!! Words can not describe how MAD I am that it looks like I won’t get my Jolleen. Do they know how long I’ve been waiting??? DO they even FUCKING CARE??!! These writers have spit in the face of so many fans it is RIDICULOUS. I hope the ratings continue to fall as more people TUNE OUT!!!!

I can only hope it’s MJ and not Colleen — though I wanted MJ redeemed, but at this point I think it’s impossible. I will sacrifice MJ’s fictional life any day for Colleen’s. Even if they send CC to NYC to recover from such an ordeal — I can live with that! Just don’t kill her off MAB!!!!

I really don’t want them to kill colleen. She is the future of the Abott’s. Just let her leave for a few years then recast. Let Paul shoot Patty from behind and Jack can jump in and save Colleen here mom can take her back to NY with her. This would be a much better ending and everyone will still get to cry because poor Paul had to shoot his Pattycakes to save everyone.

Too bad Colleen is going. She’s always been a good character on the show. The new girl has done so great that I can’t remember the original Colleen already. Victor is so bad; he always has to win every battle. Jack is nice, sure he’s done some bad things too, but he deserves some luck, happiness and joy. so please let Colleen live and go back to J.T. Victoria is a Newman brat and clearly does not deserve J.T. Mayve Victoria should get together with Deacon. Deacon would be perfect for Victor. They’re cut of the same cloth after all. Nicholas on the other hand; has got to decide who he loves the most and stick to his decision. Phyllis deserves Nick; Sharon is a nutcase, enough of her snivelling attitude. Jack should have her; her does love her.
Not only have you managed to kill yet another legacy character, you have also manage to reduce its worth to propping one of the lamest, most stupid an vapid couples on this damn show.
Seriously? I get silent maybe, minute long scenes with the people Colleen loved most in her life. The one with her mother, the most heartbreaking, being the shortest.
But Lily? F’cking Lily’s annoying, vapid, self-absorbed ass gets a whole f’cking show with Colleen. Where Colleen actually speaks? WTF? F’ck you Y&R. Just f’ck you.
You take a pointless, tragic and heartbreaking loss and make it all about Lily. Reassuring Lily. That she’s going to live. Oh, like anyone thought for a hot minute that stupid bitch was going to die. God forbid Y&R get rid of some of its actual dead weight and kill this twit off. Oh no. SHE is going to live. Happily ever after with Cane and have her stupid, f’cking miracle babies. Of course. Lily doesn’t lose. Lily always gets what Lily wants. Because she’s f’cking princess Lily. HATEHATEHATE that they made Colleen’s death all about this stupid, lame pairing from hell.
And I guess this puts paid on whether or not Lily’s instaforgiveness of Cane is real or imagined in the eyes of haters like me. Nope. Stupid bitch gave him a free pass because he’s willing to be her lap dog. Move over Humphrey. Cane wants your spot.

THANK YOU ! They made this whole thing about LILY when we barely got to see Traci, you know, Colleen’s actual mother, upset and worried over the whole thing. Collen should have come to Traci w/ all that scrap mess. LILY should not have had any feelling about Colleen dying. Only her mother should have, Lily is not blood. Also, the Colleen and Lily friendship is being played up to max since as of late Colleen was essentially the Robin to Lily’s batman and Colleen barely had a storyline while LILY got her whole Chloe baby thing, then the Cane ain’t the Philip thing, then the cancer storyline back to back. This whole thing w/Colleen and the boardseat was just meant to ass fuel to the whole Victor vs.Jack fire. It wasn’t about Colleen and it lasted for half a minute while LILY just keeps going and going…
The only thing I like about the Lily and Colleen “friendship” is that it is a nod to the Winters/Abbott connection which isn’t played nearly enough. Except for Olivia kissing Ashley’s behind of course. Please ! For example, Jack should know and be upset about Lily’s condition b/c he loved him some Aunt Mamie and he would hate that her kin was so close to death.
Well if I was the king of the universe I would have had Tammin be Jana cause I find the actress playing Jana boring. AND Adrienne would still have been playing Colleen. But oh well. I def do not want to see the Colleen character die off. But what’s with all the Lily and Lane hating??? Chill… they are NOT that bad. oh that’s another thing I definitely changed also Cane should have remained Jill’s son; the fights btwn him and Billy were hilarious.
