She is constantly criticized by people who dislike her for reasons outside of her ability to act. But here she is acting her heart out. She is able to show anger, sorrow and joy all in the same scene. Actors are on our screens to portray how we ourselves might behave in a similar situation and CK is one of the few actresses in the younger set who is able to convey a multitude of emotions. She is NOT a one-trick pony show - snarky and insincere. There is depth to her talent and that is a credit to who she is as a young women of colour in this industry. <br /><br />That said, as much as I love CK, I cannot watch this show any longer if they take away Lily's ability to have children by technology or otherwise. Lily is the future of the Black family on this show and unless they are about to bring in more non-white characters to GC, how can I continue to watch a show that thinks it's ok to "exterminate" the poc on this show?<br /><br />Finally, this is jmho, but CK can do much better than Y&R.
