Well we had to postpone our rantfest from last week but Rantapalooza is on!

    This was my first time listening and it was a great podcast. As a Y&R fan who is not a fan of Christel Khalil's Lily, I did want to make a point. I am not one of those people that thinks that she isn't "black" enough, or that there is only one way to be "black". My issue is the fact that there should be some reflection of her mother in her. Lily wasn't raised like Dru, but she was raised by Dru…and we all know that Dru knew how to handle herself in business, but had a fire about her when it comes to those that she loves. Lily was around that fire all of her life, yet, I don't see it reflected in this portrayal – at all. That is my issue with Christel Khalil. She may be playing the role the way that TPTB want her to, and that is fine.

    I just don't see her as Dru's daughter.
